In some cases you may receive a CMS Error 500 error message from your modem. This error message indicates, that for some reason the modem was not able to deliver the message. This error can happen if:
The phone number you try to send your message to is invalid
There is no network coverage
You don't have enough money on a prepaid subscription
The short message service center of the GSM network operator is temporarily out of service
The GSM cell is overloaded

解析--這個(gè)錯(cuò)誤對(duì)于模塊來(lái)說(shuō)是個(gè)未知錯(cuò)誤,既同時(shí)出現(xiàn)了多個(gè)報(bào)錯(cuò)
原因--最大可能是SIM卡欠費(fèi)，有時(shí)日志中還會(huì)出現(xiàn)CMS error 0
解決方法--
1.拔掉設(shè)備電源，等1分鐘左右再啟動(dòng)設(shè)備，
2.可以嘗試斷電后更換一張卡，并重啟中間件服務(wù)，再嘗試直接用中間件發(fā)送短信，一般能修復(fù)(最好更換不同運(yùn)營(yíng)商的卡）
3.以上方法都不可用時(shí)，進(jìn)入超級(jí)終端，輸入 AT+CFUN=0回車(chē)，設(shè)備回復(fù)OK再次輸入 AT+CFUN=1回車(chē)，設(shè)備回復(fù)ok即可修復(fù)
